Please be informed that there will be a scheduled downtime for Techmart from 14 November 2025, 2:01 PM to 21 November 2025, 11:59 PM. During this period, Techmart will be temporarily unavailable for all transactions, including order placement and fulfilment. Any unpaid transactions made on 14 November from 2:01 PM onwards will be automatically cancelled. The platform will remain accessible for browsing only, and full operations will resume on 22 November 2025.

Separately, please note that PULSE and MSA will experience a one-day downtime on 19 November 2025 and will resume full operations on 20 November 2025.

This downtime is part of our ongoing system upgrade and migration to improve overall performance and reliability.
